Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after the product is delivered, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

We do not currently allow modification of products or addresses once the order has been placed. If eligible, you will need to cancel the existing order and place a new one.
