  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original form. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period. 
     
  • Items not fulfilling these requirements will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Initiate a Request 
Email your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to (mention email). 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue to enable faster processing. 

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
