Returns & Refunds

Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with intact tags. Requests should be made within the return window. Items showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted. 

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days following inspection. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is complete.

Exchanges may be requested within the return window for eligible products. Items must be in original condition with intact tags. Products showing wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for exchange.

If the returned item fails inspection due to wear, damage, or alterations, it will not be accepted. The product will then be sent back, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, a confirmation email is sent with details. We prioritize quick handling for every order placed.

Delivery takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the location. Timelines may vary due to courier operations. Occasional delays can happen during busy seasons or unexpected events.

Once an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Customers are advised to provide accurate information during checkout. This ensures a smooth and timely delivery process. 

If delivery is delayed due to external reasons, you will be informed via email. Courier issues or seasonal rush may extend timelines. We always strive to ensure orders arrive as soon as possible. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they are not yet processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation cannot be applied. Eligible items can still be returned under the return and refund policy.

You may request cancellation through our website before processing begins. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers are advised to act promptly to ensure eligibility. 

Cancellations requested before processing are not charged. If the order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return if eligible under policy.

Currently, only one payment method can be used per transaction. Combining methods is not supported. For seamless checkout, customers should select their preferred option while completing purchase.
